"Charlotte and Pink"

This is Charlotte and her tiny companion Pink. They have sneaked out at night to have a few cookies mum had made during the day. But when they opened the canister, they found all the cookies were gone!

'Oh my goodness... I wonder what happened to them??!!', said Charlotte. Pink was very quiet for a while, but then she could not hide her secret any longer...

'It was me who ate them all, they were delicious! and as much as I wanted to leave some for you, I couldn't help myself... I only stopped when the cookies were all gone... Now I'm scare of what mum will say and do to us!!'

Charlotte held Pink in her arms and said, 'don't worry little Pink, I'll protect you... I just wish I'd have gotten to the cookies before you did...'

...and they both laughed...
