"Lady Primrose"

This pincushion measures 20cm or just under 8" tall, from the base of the pincushion to the top of her hat. The little mouse herself is only 12cm or just under 5" tall.

She's sewn onto the pincushion with a few of stitches. Her arms and head are not jointed. She's ladder stitched in place. Lady Primrose was made from grey long Sassy fur and short mini fur for the paws and inner ears and tail.

Her face was meticulously airbrushed and sculpted to give her that sweet look. Her nose and mouth were also hand embroidered with soft pink perle cotton and then glazed for that shinny look. Her eyes are German black glass. Her tail has been made from a pipe cleaner which was wrapped in short mini fur, so it can be posed in many ways.

Lady Primrose wears a spotted vintage tulle shawl on her shoulders, a row of tiny pearls around her neck, she has a handmade handbag around her wired arm, and a wonderfully made hat decorated with tiny satin roses, pheasant feathers and Miyuki beads.

Purple brocade fabric and cotton hand-dyed lace were used to make the pincushion, which sits on a 3 legged black wire base.
