"Lady Victoria"

This pincushion measures 16cm or just over 6" tall, from the base of the pincushion to the top of her hat. The little mouse herself is only 11cm or just over 4" tall.

She's sewn onto the pincushion with a few stitches. Her arms and head are not jointed. She's ladder stitched in place. Lady Victoria was made from grey long Sassy fur and short beige mini fur for the paws, inner ears and tail.

Her face was meticulously airbrushed and sculpted to give her that sweet look. Her nose and mouth were also hand embroidered with soft cream perle cotton. She has German black glass eyes. Her tail has been made from a pipe cleaner which was wrapped and sewn in short mini fur, so it can be posed in many ways.

Lady Victoria wears a  pleated dress made of organza ribbon rosewood colour, decorated with a silver and crystal brooch. Wrapped around her shoulders is a spotted vintage tulle shawl. She has a handmade handbag which matches her handmade umbrella and  wonderful hat decorated with trim, pheasant feathers and a Swarovski mini brooch.

Vintage fabric and cotton trimming were used to make the pincushion, which has been decorated with crystal and brass beads.
