"Lottie & Sniff"

This sweet pincushion called "Lottie & Sniff" is a one-of-a-kind design.

Lottie's been made from very long sparse Sassy fur and short mini fur for her inner ears. She has been meticulously airbrushed and sculpted. Lottie is not jointed but rather lather stitched in place to hold that wonderful pose. She holds her precious "Sniff" ellie in one of her paws. Lottie has German glass eyes, and wears a floral cotton and lace dress, decorated with a cotton lace bow and some silk flowers. She also wears a handmade wool felt hat which has been airbrushed and decorated with sheer ribbon and silk flowers.

"Sniff' has been entirely sculpted by me out of Sculpey III modeline clay.

"Lottie" stands on a pincushion made of cream wool felt that's been airbrushed. The actual pincushion sits inside a paper-mache box base that has been covered with the same cotton fabric as her dress. I decorated the pincushion with a green trimming and some silk flowers.

"Lottie" is 5 1/2" (14cm) tall and 8" (20cm) tall including the pincushion. "Sniff" is only 1 1/2" (4cm) tall.
