"Sam"
"Sam" is a dear little bear
who would give anything to be a great
sailor just like his old pop. He even
asked his mom to dress him like him. He
has a little boat to play with and learn
what his pop did when he was young.
And don't let his tiny size
fool you. In that little body of
his, he has a big heart... full of
dreams, and hopes that someday he'll
be sailing away to a far away land,
too.
"Sam"
is only 4 1/2 inches or 11.5 cm tall, made from vintage felted mohair. He's
fully jointed and has a wobbly neck. He's stuffed with
Polyfill and garnet powder to make him stand up all by himself. He has topaz
glass eyes, and his face has been meticulously airbrushed and sculpted. He has
an embroidered nose and mouth and has armature in his arms. He
wears a sailor's collar and hat, and comes with his little wooden boat.
