"Tate" 

"Tate" is a tattered little teddy bear who is ready to become part of your hug. He'll come to you in a Victorian trinket box full of all his precious treasures collected through years of love and memories.

Tate is about 4 inches/ 10cm tall. He's fully jointed, with a wobble neck. Cotton wool and garnet powder  were used to give him a nice old feel about him.  Made from very short vintage mohair. He's been meticulously sculpted and airbrushed to give him that sweet expression on his face. He's also been aged to give him that vintage look. He has an embroidered nose and mouth. Tate will come in his vintage pewter trinket box, filled with a couple of old postcards and some old photos; a miniature set of hairbrush and comb; a small posy of velvet flowers; a pair of handmade leather shoes and handmade leather hatbox... and of course a very small teddy bear to keep him company till someone decides to adopt him. This ensemble will be displayed on an airbrushed oval wooden base covered with an antique doily which has also been airbrushed.
